“10/10 This experience was truly life changing, the best thing I have ever done! The children were always so eager to learn, the Zanzibar culture is so different and yet so beautiful, the people were all so so lovely and the scenery left me speechless. I felt safe 100% of the time and never had a moment I didn't enjoy! Thank you for helping my dream come true!”Melanie (VIC)
The rich culture and huge diversity of Tanzania offers many different travel experiences. – from the snow-capped heights of Kilimanjaro to the hustle and bustle of the capital Dar es Salaam, from the ultimate safari in the Serengeti to the idyllic Indian Ocean island of Zanzibar.
Community projects across the country welcome enthusiastic volunteers to help in kinders, primary or secondary schools. You'll add value to the ongoing efforts of the full-time staff, teaching English, art, sport, music or technology or providing general care and attention to help look after the younger kids.
This trip is ideal for anyone who is keen to make a difference to the lives of the underprivileged. The support that our volunteers provide allows the children to improve their English and social skills, which will create more opportunities for them in the future.
